I have been a real estate agent for over 15 years and have found myself more interested in the tools and technology that are available to Realtors. I have also found that most agents have little or no interest in these things, just know that they need them. I have worked in a support and teaching capacity over the past few years, and often referred to as “the techie agent”, so I have decided to share my knowledge and experience with more than just my team.
In addition to knowing a little bit about real estate, I am also a research addict and like to know how everything works. I am also very concerned about cost vs value with all products. I see agents and brokers wasting time money on products and companies every day, and it doesn’t need to be happening. That being said…I do believe that almost every product could be the right product for somebody. Every agent and broker has different needs and wants…just like a home buyer.
